Currently, the Event Archives includes all of our documentary images from Franklin Furnace's first decade, 1976-1985. Franklin Furnace is grateful to the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH)*, the Booth Ferris Foundation and the New York State Council on the Arts' Digitization Initiative for providing support to digitize images of event records from Franklin Furnace's first ten years. We additionally wish to thank The Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation for support to preserve and catalog the 1/2" and 3/4" videotapes documenting events presented during this same time.
We are pleased to announce that in the spring of 2010, the NEH awarded Franklin Furnace a second major grant to digitize the event records of our second decade, 1986-1995. This support was matched by the Booth Ferris Foundation. Additional support was provided by gifts from Agnes Gund, Eric Laufer, Sarah Peter, and Jane Wesman.
